Google Search Consoleにカスタムアノテーション機能を追加
Google Search Consoleのパフォーマンスレポートにカスタムアノテーション機能が追加された。パフォーマンスチャートに直接コンテキストノートを追加できる。
カスタムアノテーションは、パフォーマンスチャートを右クリックして「Add annotation」を選択し、最大120文字のメモと日付を記録できる。チャート上に直接表示され、データ分析の視覚的な参照ポイントとして機能する。
使用例：
- テンプレート更新やサイト移行などのインフラ変更
- 新しいプラグインの実装やエージェンシーの採用などのSEO施策
- 異なるユーザー意図に焦点を当てたコンテンツ変更
- 休日などビジネスに影響する外部イベント
Search Consoleプロパティへのアクセス権を持つ全員がカスタムアノテーションを閲覧できるため、機密情報を含めないことが推奨される。
